For our client - a renowned German construction company with an established position on the market, implementing a number of projects in the construction and finishing sector - we are looking for an assistant to support operational and office activities.

Scope of duties

Support for the office and management in current administrative activities
Maintaining construction and employee documentation
Coordination of logistics - including employee transport
Supervision of tools and organization of daily tasks on projects
Random checks of employees on construction projects
Other current office work supporting the functioning of the company

Wanted competences

Driving license category B – required
At least 2 years of experience in office or coordination work, including in the construction industry

Knowledge of German at least B2 level (other foreign languages – an additional asset)

Ability to work with a team, independence and good organization

Knowledge of construction processes, including general construction, roofing and finishing
li>
Aesthetic appearance and appropriate clothing – dress code applies
