Scope of duties

Assembly and installation of masonry profiles in accordance with technical drawings
Operation of basic carpentry and joinery tools
Assembly of door frames, mounting and hanging of doors
Joinery works in attics and office buildings
Repairs and corrections of small wooden and finishing elements
Independent performance of tasks from the so-called "fault lists" using a tablet
Work in the field - at various stages of the project, including the final stage
Compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
The scope of work may include both residential and commercial construction
The work is varied and depends on the specific project

Wanted competences

Experience as a carpenter – minimum 2 years
VCA certificate required
Ability to read technical drawings and work according to documentation
Communicative knowledge of English – a necessary condition
Driving license and own car are welcome – Bonus of 200 euros after 6 weeks of work when using your own car
Willingness to provide references from previous employers
Own set of hand tools, work clothes, S3 safety shoes and sleeping equipment – required
Possession of BSN number (Dutch identification number) – required
Independence, accuracy and responsibility

Salary: 550–650 euros net per week
Location: Leiden or Rotterdam
