We are currently looking for experienced roofers to work in Germany for our client - a renowned company specializing in comprehensive roofing services, implementing numerous projects in the construction sector.

We are looking for specialists ready to leave at short notice and committed to carrying out work on various types of roofs. Age does not matter - what counts is professionalism, reliability and experience.

Scope of duties

Dismantling existing roof coverings and preparing the substrate for new structures
Installation of flat and pitched roofs
Work with prefabricated and modular roofs
Processing and installation of roofing felt and finished roofing elements
Implementation of projects in accordance with technical documentation

Wanted competences

Own business (B2B)
At least 2 years of experience as a roofer or carpenter
Knowledge of roofing techniques: ability to work with flat and pitched roofs
Knowledge of German or English – preferred
Driving license category B – preferred (transport from accommodation provided by the employer)
Own car and tools – preferred but not required
Willingness to do physical work and travel for a longer period
Ability to work independently and in a team

We offer

Hourly rate: from 16 to 21 euros net (depending on experience)
Stable employment on long-term construction projects in Germany
Possibility of working overtime, also on weekends
Weekly pay and the possibility of taking advances
Accommodation provided - 1- and 2-person rooms for friends with access to kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and Internet (cost: 200 - 350 euros/month)
Daily transport from accommodation to the construction site
Tools and personal protective equipment provided
Summer and winter work clothes included
Employment based on Polish business activity (A1)
Support of a Polish-speaking coordinator on site
